VNPT Hanoi announces representatives for the stake worth 22.1 billion dongs (equivalent to 27.63%) in HACISCO Joint Stock Company and participating in the Board of Directors, Board of Supervisors of HACISCO from October 05, 2020:

1)      Mr. Tran Nam Phuong, Head of Technical Department of VNPT Ha Noi, replaces Mr. Ha Phu Thinh to represent 10 billion dongs of stake in HACISCO and participates in the Board of Directors of HACISCO;

2)      Mr. Dinh Tien Vinh, Deputy CEO cum Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of HACISCO, represents 8 billion dongs of stake;

3)      Mr. Nguyen Thanh Liem, Deputy Director of VNPT Dong Nai, Board Member of HACISCO, represents 2.1 billion dongs of stake;

4)      Mr. Pham Tran Hoa represents 2 billion dongs of stake;

5)      Mr. Vu Duc Lam becomes a member of the Board of Supervisors of HACISCO;

6)      Ms. Luu Thu Thanh becomes a member of the Board of Supervisors of HACISCO.
