On October 06, 2020, LDG Investment Joint Stock Company issued a decision to approve the redemption of shares from employees resigned in the stock issuance under ESOP in 2018 & 2019. Details are as follows:

-          Total shares to recover: 375,200 shares; Of which:

• Number of shares recovered according to the ESOP regulation in 2018: 101,200 shares
• Number of shares recovered according to the ESOP regulation in 2019: 274,000 shares

-          Trading method: to transfer rights via the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD).
