On September 04, 2020, the Board of Directors of Thai Duong Petrol Joint Stock Company sent invitation letters to shareholders to the second extraordinary general meeting of 2020, which was expected to be convened at 15:00, October 05, 2020. However, until 15:30, October 05, 2020, the number of shareholders attending the meeting was 02 shareholders, representing 2,760,418 shares, equivalent to 16.46% of the total voting shares and less than 51% on the total voting shares of the Company. Therefore, the second extraordinary general meeting of 2020 was not eligible to conduct. 

The third extraordinary general meeting of 2020 will be convened at 15:00 on October 26, 2020.
