The Board resolution dated October 28, 2020, the Board of Directors of Halcom VietNam Joint Stock Company approved the personnel change as follows:
1) The resignation of Mr. Vu Bao Linh as member of Internal Audit Committee of the Company from October 29, 2020.
2) The appointment of Mr. Phung Ngoc Son as member of Internal Audit Committee of the Company from October 29, 2020.
