The Board resolution dated October 27, 2020, the BOD of Dong A Plastic Group Joint Stock Company approved the plan to issue bonus shares with the following details:

-          Number of outstanding shares: 51,795,085 shares

-          Number of treasury shares: 1,293 shares

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 7,769,068 shares

-          Issuing ratio: 15%/par value (shareholder who owns 100 shares will receive 15 new shares).

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down to dozen, the fractional shares due to rounding down will be repurchased by the company with the price of VND 10,000/share to make its treasury shares.

-          Time of implementation: after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
