The Board resolution dated October 28, 2020, the BOD of Binh Duong Water Environment Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the result of stock offering to raise its charter capital:

-          Number of distributed shares: 37,500,000 shares

-          Number of distributed investors: 19 investors

-          Total proceeds from the offering: 964,297,364,000 dongs

-          Total expenses: 355,000,000 dongs

-          Total proceeds after deducting service fee for the offering plan: 963,942,364,000 dongs.

2)      Approving the purpose of capital use from the offering:

-          Total amount to invest in the purpose of capital use submitted to the General Meeting of Shareholders and the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC): 814,202,623,422 dongs.

-          Difference between total actual proceeds compared with the total amount expected to invest in the purpose of capital use: 149,739,740,578 dongs. The BOD decided to use this amount to supplement its working capital for production and business activities.
