PPI: Change of reason for trading restriction on UPCoM

As of 26/10/2020, pursuant to Regulation on organization and management of UPCoM of HNX attached to Decision No.634/QD-SGDHN dated  24/9/2019, HNX announced the change of reason for trading restriction to PPI stock as follows:
- Issuer: Pacific Infrastructure Project Development & Investment Corporation
- Stock code: PPI
- Previous reason for trading restriction:
+ The Company did not remedy the cause leading to trading restriction at Notice No. 1043/TB-SGDHN dated 06/10/2020. According to Point a, Item 1, Article 32 f the Trading Regulation, the stock is put under restriction.
+ Reason for trading restriction after change: The Company has a negative Owner's equity according to the reviewed semi-annual financial statement 2020. According to Point b, Item 1, Article 32  of the Trading Regulation, the stock is put under restriction.
HNX shall inform normal trading resuming of PPI after the Company has remedied the causes leading to trading restriction status according to Regulation on trading registration
