On October 22, 2020, the Board of Directors of TNS Holdings approved the share exchange between the Company and 02 Board members including Mr. Bui Quoc Khanh and Ms. Nguyen Thu Trang as follows:

-          To exchange 150,000 shares issued by the Company in the 2020 private placement for 135,000 shares owned by Mr. Mr. Bui Quoc Khanh in TNTech Joint Stock Company.

-          To exchange 25,000 shares issued by the Company in the 2020 private placement for 45,000 shares owned by Ms. Nguyen Thu Trang in M-Talent Human Resources Management Joint Stock Company.
