According to the Board resolution dated October 20, 2020, the Board of Directors of Tri Viet Securities Joint Stock Corporation approved the distribution of unsold shares in the stock issuance under ESOP in 2020 as follows:

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 2,605,990 shares

-          Number of shares issued to employees: 2,055,330 shares

-          Number of undistributed shares: 550,660 shares

-          Mr. Pham Thanh Tung – Chairman of BOD who is distributed these shares.
