VNE: Transferring & receiving the transfer of shares in subsidiaries

On October 21, 2020, Vietnam Electricity Construction Joint Stock Corporation announces the following issues:

1)      Vietnam Electricity Construction Joint Stock Corporation (VNECO) completed the divestment at VNECO Vinh Long Solar Power Com Ltd (is a subsidiary of VNECO) to partner with the transfer value of VND 26,850,600,000. Accordingly, VNECO Vinh Long Solar Power Com Ltd is no longer a subsidiary of VNECO from October 20, 2020.

2)      Vietnam Electricity Construction Joint Stock Corporation (VNECO) received the transfer of all charter capital of Thinh Phat Construction Consulting and Investment Trading Com Ltd (now is VNECO Investment Com Ltd). Accordingly, VNECO Investment Com Ltd is subsidiary of VNECO from October 16, 2020.
