On 10/01/2020, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) received the separate and consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year from 07/01/2019 to 06/30/2020 by Lam Son Sugar Joint Stock Corporation. On 10/15/2020, HOSE received an explanation for the differences in business results for the fiscal year 2019/2020.

Pursuant to Point c, Clause 1, Article 8 and Clause 4, Article 11 of Circular 155/2015/TT-BTC dated 10/06/2015, the Company was late in the disclosure of explanation. Therefore, HOSE reminded and suggested the Company comply with the regulations on disclosure of information on the securities market in order to ensure shareholders’ interests.
