1. Approving the stock issuance for the first 2020 dividend payment:

-          Stock code: PDR

-          Stock type: common share

-          Par value: VND 10,000/share

-          Number of shares issued: 370,252,887 shares

-          Number of outstanding shares: 370,252,887 shares

-          Number of treasury shares: 0 share

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 25,917,700 shares

-          Total value of issue (based on par value): VND 259,177,000,000

-          Issue ratio: 7% (shareholder who owns 100 shares will receive 07 new shares).

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down, the fractional shares will be cancelled.

-          Time of implementation: expected in Q4.2020 after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).

-          Regulation on transfer restriction: none.

1. Approving the dossier of stock issuance to pay stock dividend:

-          Report on the stock issuance to pay dividend to existing shareholders;

-          Resolution of General Meeting of Shareholders approved the stock issuance to pay first stock dividend for 2020;

-          Decision of the BOD approved the stock issuance plan and dossier of stock issuance to pay first stock dividend for 2020;

-          Audited reviewed consolidated and separate financial statements in 2020;

-          Other relevant documents.
