Hai Phat Investment Joint Stock Company (HPX) announces the Board resolution dated October 15, 2020 with the following contents:

1)      The BOD approved the policy of signing transaction contracts with other companies that HPX owned more than 50% charter capital.

2)      The BOD approved the establishment the following companies:

-          Diamond IC Com Ltd;

-          Topaz PM Com Ltd.

3)      The BOD approved to change its charter capital from VND 2,299,955,060,000 to VND 2,644,945,820,000.

4)      The BOD approved to change its charter for new charter capital.

5)      The BOD approved to allow Ruby Land Investment and Development Com Ltd. to transfer the contributed capital in subsidiary to investors.

6)      The BOD approved to allow Ruby Land Investment and Development Com Ltd. to transform the type of business of its subsidiary.
