The Board resolution dated October 14, 2020, the BOD of Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp (PDR) approved the following issues

1)      Approving the capital contribution for Apartment Area in subdivision 2 of Ecotourism Urban project in Nhon Hoi, Binh Dinh:

-          Company name: will be noticed later

-          Address: No.01 Ngo May, Nguyen Van Cu Ward, Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh.

-          Charter capital:  VND 390,000,000,000 (PDR contributed VND 386,100,000,000, accounting for 99% charter capital of the company).

-          To appoint Mr. Le Van Dung as the representative of contributed capital of Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp.

2)      Approving the capital contribution for Hotel Area in subdivision 2 of Ecotourism Urban project in Nhon Hoi, Binh Dinh:

-          Company name: will be noticed later

-          Address: 01 Ngo May, Nguyen Van Cu Ward, Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh.

-          Charter capital: VND 100,000,000,000 (PDR contributed VND 99,000,000,000, accounting for 99% charter capital of the company.

-          To appoint Mr. Nguyen Thanh Thao as the representative of contributed capital of Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp.

3)      Approving the capital contribution for Apartment Area in subdivision 9 of Ecotourism Urban project in Nhon Hoi, Binh Dinh:

-          Company name: will be noticed later

-          Address: 01 Ngo May, Nguyen Van Cu Ward, Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh

-          Charter capital: VND 360,000,000,000 (PDR contributed VND 356,400,000,000, accounting for 99% charter capital of the company)

-          To appoint Mr. Hoang Vo Anh Khoa as the representative of contributed capital of Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp.
