3)      CEN Hai Phong Representative Office at Floor 3^rd, MB Hai Phong Building, No.06, lot 30A, Le Hong Phong Street, Lac Vien Ward, Ngo Quyen District, Hai Phong City, Vietnam.

4)      CEN Vinh Phuc Representative Office at Floor 6^th, Viet Duc Financial Building, No.08 Ton Duc Thang, Khai Quang Ward, Vinh Yen City, Vinh Phuc Province, Vietnam.
