Viet Nam Fumigation Joint Stock Company received an official document dated October 06, 2020 by the State Securities Commission confirming that the Commission received enough documents of tender offer for VFG shares. The Commission asked The PAN Group Joint Stock Company to fulfill its obligation to disclose information, purchase shares and report the results according to regulations.
