IB Securities Joint Stock Company announces the Resolution of Extraordinary General Meeting 2020 dated October 10, 2020 with the following contents:

1.The EGM approved the change of the company name:

-          Old name: IB Securities Joint Stock Company (Short name: IBC)

-          New name: VIX Securities Joint Stock Company (Short name: VIX).

2. The EGM approved the amendment, supplement of the Company’s charter.
3. The EGM approved to move the stock listing from Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) to Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE).
4. The EGM approved to allow Mrs. Nguyen Thi Tuyet and related person to raise the ownership ratio at VIX without having to make a tender offer.
