NHP: Additional reason for stock under Supervision

Pursuant to Listing Regulations at the HNX attached to Decision No.639/QD-SGDHN dated on 13/10/2016 and Decision No.958/QD-SGDHN dated on 24/11/2017, HNX announces that the following stock has been put under supervision:
-          Issuer: NHP Production Import-Export Joint Stock Company
-          Stock code: NHP
-   Reason: the company continues to violate the regulations on information disclosure on the stock market and fails to overcome the causes of being put on the alert after the securities are warned. NHP shares have been put under Supervision according to point 1.5, clause 1, Article 14 of Listing Regulation. Especially, the Company has not announced the audited 2019 Financial Statement and 2020 reviewed Financial statement.
-          Trading restriction: stock can only be traded on every Friday
-    Effective date: 02/10/2020.
The supervision period ends when the company overcomes the current situation
