Pursuant to Listing Regulations at HNX attached to Decision No.639/QD-SGDHN dated 13/10/2016 and Decision No. 958/QD-SGDHN dated 24/11/2017 on the amendment, supplement of Listing Regulation, HNX announces the removal of the alert on the stock of Viet Thai Electric Cable Corporation (stock code: VTH) as follows:

- Effective date: 02/10/2020
- Reason: Profit after tax of the first 6 months of 2020 and the Undistributed profit at 30/06/2020 in the reviewed financial statement 2020 of the Company are positive, correspond to removal from alert list case according to point 4.2, Item 3, Article 13 of Listing Regulations at HNX.
