1. Approving the result of the electricity output in Q4.2019 to 304.99 million kWh.
2. Approving the result of the electricity output in 2019 to 841.25 million kWh.
3. Approving the business plan in Q1.2020:

-       Production electricity output: 325.04 million kWh

-       Commercial electricity output: 316.09 million kWh

-       Total revenue: 533,332 million dongs

-       Total expenses: 507,211 million dongs

-       Profit after tax: 20,896 million dongs.
