According to Official Document No.546/UBCK-QLCB dated January 20, 2020 by the Vietnam Securities Commission and by the request of Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank, the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) announces the adjustment of the foreign ownership limit at Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank from 20% to 20.9035% so that VSD performs the transfer of ownership of 21,436,860 treasury shares to foreign investors.
Effective date: January 22, 2020.
