To implement the plan by the Board of Directors according to Board Resolution No.75dated January 03, 2020, Development Investment Construction Joint Stock Corporation (DIC Corp) contributed capital into DIC Tourism by transferring all shares owned by DIC Corp at DIC Phuong Nam as the contributed asset at DIC Tourism on January 22, 2020. Accordingly, the holding ratio of DIC Corp at DIC Phuong Nam decreased from 49.35%/charter capital to 0%/charter capital.
