On January 22, 2020, the Board of Directors of Pomina Steel Corporation approved the following issues:

1. Approving the result of stock issuance to pay dividend for 2018:

-       Number of shares expected to be issued: 36,331,824 shares

-       Number of distributed shares: 36,331,384 shares

-       Number of distributed shareholders: 1,060 persons

-       Number of fractional shares: 440 shares.

2. Approving the cancellation of 40 fractional shares according to the plan approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders.
3. Approving to raise its charter capital to VND 2,796,763,360,000, equivalent to 279,676,336 shares from the stock issuance to pay dividend for 2018.
4. Approving to amend its charter.
