I. Stock for public offering:

1. Stock of Duyen Hai Multi Modal Transport JSC
2. Stock type: common stock
3. Par value: VND10,000
4. Offering volume: 3,303,000 shares
5. Total mobilized capital: VND37,842,500,000
6. Beginning date of public offering: June 15, 2015
7. Ending date of public offering: July 24, 2015

II. Plan for capital allocation from public offering:

1. Progress of projects published in the Company’s prospectus: from Quarter I.2015 to Quarter I.2016
2. Current project: The project has not been implemented. The Company is planning investment projects.

The proceeds from public offering, worth VND37,842,500,000, is being deposited at BIDV – East Hai Phong Branch and VietinBank – Ngo Quyen Hai Phong Branch.

3. Changes: The 2019 General Meeting of Shareholders approved the change in the capital allocation:

-   According to the resolution of Annual General Meeting dated April 20, 2019, the proceeds will continue to be used to build warehouses, expand ICD Phu Tho, invest in warehouses in Bac Ninh, invest in Port, invest in M&A and purchase Port enterprise.
