The Board resolution dated December 30, 2019, Nafoods Group Joint Stock Company (NAF) approved to set up a subsidiary with the following details:

- Company name: Agriculture Added Value Development - Investment Joint Stock Company

- Charter capital: VND 5,000,000,000 (NAF contributed VND 4,950,000,000, accounting for 99.0% charter capital of Agriculture Added Value Development - Investment Joint Stock Company

- To appoint Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung as the representative of Nafoods Group Joint Stock Company in Agriculture Added Value Development - Investment Joint Stock Company.
