As of 17/01/2020, pursuant to Regulation on organization and management of UPCoM of HNX attached to Decision No.634/QD-SGDHN dated  24/9/2019, HNX announces on stock under trading restriction of VPK as follows:
  • Issuer:  Vegetable Oil Packing Joint Stock Company
  • Securities type: common stock
  • Stock code: VPK
  • Par value: VND10,000/share
  • Number of shares under temporary trading restriction: 14,998,817 shares
  • Total value under temporary trading restriction (by par): VND 149,988,170,000
  • Trading restriction: VPK can only be traded on Friday weekly
  • Effective date: 20/01/2020
  • Reason: The Company has not remedied the cause for which stock has been delisted in accordance with the provisions of Point b, Clause 1, Article 60 of Decree 58/2012/NĐ-CP dated 20/07/2012.
Hanoi Stock Exchange will notify when VPK is allowed to be traded normally again after the company remedies the cause for being put under trading restriction.
