On January 16, 2020, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Decision No.24/QD-SGDHCM regarding the delisting of stock of Angiang Fisheries Import & Export Joint Stock Company (AGF):

-       Value of shares delisted        : VND281,097,430,000

-       Effective delisting date          : February 17, 2020

-       Reason: The listed company was late in the disclosure of financial statements in 03 consecutive years, as defined at Point k, Clause 1, Article 60 of Decree No.58/2012/ND-CP and Point 1.9, Clause 1, Article 26 of the Listing Regulation on Hochiminh Stock Exchange promulgated with Decision No.85/QD-SGDHCM dated March 19, 2018 by Hochiminh Stock Exchange.
