According to Board Resolution No.01/2020 dated January 13, 2020, the Board of Directors of GTNfoods Joint Stock Company decided to use the shareholder list of the record date for the 2020 Extraordinary General Meeting to convene the 2020 Annual General Meeting because the estimated meeting time of the 2020 Extraordinary General Meeting is at the same time of annual general meeting as regulated. Therefore, to save time, financial and human resources, the Company will change the 2020 Extraordinary General Meeting to the 2020 Annual General Meeting.
