Thuan An Wood Processing Joint Stock Company announces the Board Resolution dated January 14, 2020 as follows:

           The Board of Directors approved to borrow capital at Vietcombank – Binh Duong Branch with total amount of VND 300,000,000,000 to supplement its working capital for production and business. Thuan An Wood Processing Joint Stock Company agreed to use its assets that are accepted by Vietcombank as the collateral for its credit obligation at Vietcombank.
