HST: Stock delisting situation

On 01/11/2019, Hanoi Stock Exchange received Announcement No.82/CV dated 30/10/2019 by Hung Yen Book Publishing and Educational Equipment JSC (stock code: HST) regarding the Delisting of HST on UPCoM based on Announcement No. 4713/UBCK-GSDC dated 05/08/2019 regarding the Delisting of HST.

After the consideration, Hanoi Stock Exchange realized that the stock of HST belongs to the delisting case regulated at clause 20 Article 1 Decree No. 60/2015/ND-CP dated 26/06/2015 of the Government regulated the details of implementing some articles of Stock Act and modified law, supplementing some articles of Stock Act and clause 1 Article 14 of Listing regulation issued based on Decision No. 639/QD-SGDHN dated 13/10/2016.
