Kosy Joint Stock Company announces the Board resolution dated January 09, 2020 as follows:

           The Board of Directors approved the plan for providing the bid security to participate in the bidding at PVcomBank – Thang Long Branch in Northern New Urban Project, Sub-area IX, Ninh Nhat commune, Ninh Binh city and Ninh My commune, Hoa Lu district, Ninh Binh province. The bid security value will be VND18,000,000,000 and the bid security time will last 350 days from the end date of bidding.

           Kosy Joint Stock Company will use its deposit worth VND900,000,000 as collateral to issue the bid security at PVcomBank.
