On January 10, 2020, the Board of Directors of Tan Binh Import – Export Joint Stock Corporation approved the personnel change as follows:

1. Approving the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Minh Tam as Chairman of BOD as from January 10, 2020.
2. Approving the appointment of Mr. Tran Quang Truong as Deputy Chairman of BOD as from January 10, 2020.
3. Approving the appointment of Mr. Tran Quang Truong as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) as from January 10, 2020.
4. Approving the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Dinh Minh Triet as Deputy Chief Executive Officer as from January 10, 2020.
5. Approving the appointment of Mrs. Ha Thi Thu Thao as Chief Accounting as from January 10, 2020.
