Article 1: Approving the result of stock issuance to existing shareholders:

-       Time for subscription and payment: from December 10, 2019 to December 30, 2019

-       Offering price: VND 15,000/share

-       Number of distributed shares: 8,137,570 shares

-       Number of distributed shareholders: 538 persons

-       Total proceeds: VND 122,063,550,000

-       Unsold shares volume: 777,867 shares.

Article 2: Approving the distribution of 777,867 unsold shares to Binh Thanh Import Export Production and Trade Joint Stock Company:

-       Number of shares continuing to be distributed: 777,867 shares

-       These shares will be restricted in 01 year from the finish date of the offering.

-       Selling price: VND15,000/share

-       Payment date: from 01/14/2020 to 01/15/2020

-       Location: 252 Nguyen Van Luong, ward 17, Go Vap District, Hochiminh City.
