Article 1: Approving the plan to buy shares of VietNam Prosperity Joint Stock Commercial Bank as follows:

-          Owning volume before trading: 73,219,600 shares (2.894%)

-          Number of shares to buy additional: 50,000,000 shares (1.976%)

-          Purpose: Decrease number of outstanding shares

-          Financial sources: distribution profit after tax

-          Trading time: Q4/2019.

-          Trading method: order matching of put though.

Article 2: Authorizing to Chairman of the BOD to implement necessary procedure.

Article 3: This resolution takes effect as from September 04, 2019.
