On September 03, 2019, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Decision No.355/QD-SGDHCM to lift the stock of Bamboo Capital Joint Stock Company (stock code: BCG) out of the warning status as from September 05, 2019.

Reason: The profit after tax of parent company’s shareholders in the first six months of 2019 was 68.11 billion dongs and the undistributed profit after tax at June 30, 2019 was 37.99 billion dongs, in the case of securities lifted the warning status pursuant to Clause 4.1 and 4.2, Article 22 of the Listing Regulations of the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued together with Decision No.85/QD-SGDHCM dated March 19, 2018.
