On September 26, 2019, the Board of Directors of Vinh Son - Song Hinh Hydropower Joint Stock Company (VSH) approved the signing of bond purchase agreement in the first bond issue of 2019 of Vinh Son - Song Hinh Hydropower Joint Stock Company with a shareholder holding more than 10% of VSH, as follows:

−      Estimated selling volume: 200 bonds

−      Par value: VND1,000,000,000/bond

−      Total selling value: VND200,000,000,000.
