On September 23, 2019, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Electric Cable Corporation (CADIVI) approved the policy on signing the agreements and transactions between CADIVI and related parties. Accordingly, the trading parties include Viet Nam Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Corporation (GELEX), member companies of GELEX and other companies related to CADIVI under the 2014 Enterprise Law of Vietnam. The value of each agreement will be less than 35% of total assets of CADIVI in the latest financial statements.
