According to Board Resolution No.29/2019 dated September 17, 2019, the Board of Directors of Viet Nam Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Corporation approved the plan for the distribution of odd-lot shares arising from the stock issuance for capital increase as follows:

-       Number of shares issued according to the resolution of Annual General Meeting 2019: 63,684,000 shares

-       Number of shares distributed: 63,683,328 shares

-       Number of odd-lot shares: 672 shares

The Board of Directors approved the plan for distributing the odd-lot shares to the investor Tao Minh Duong:

-       Selling volume: 672 shares

-       Selling price: VND10,000/share

-       Payment date: by 17:00, September 18, 2019.

The proceeds from the sale of odd-lot shares will be paid to the shareholders who own odd-lot shares.
