−       The approved information: The assets which will be contributed to Quang Binh - Dinh Vu Port Joint Stock Company are the total assets invested in Quang Binh – Dinh Vu ICD Port Joint Stock Company such as fixed assets, land, expenses, licenses, the remaining book value recorded on June 30, 2019, etc. and cash.

−      The adjusted information: The assets which will be contributed to Quang Binh - Dinh Vu Port Joint Stock Company are the total assets invested in Quang Binh – Dinh Vu ICD Port Joint Stock Company such as fixed assets, land, expenses, licenses, the remaining book value recorded on August 31, 2019, etc. and cash.
