ALV: ​Additional reason for trading restriction of the ALV shares

On 13/09/2019, Hanoi Stock Exchange announced additional reason for trading restriction of ALV Infrastructure Development Investment JSC's shares (stock code: ALV) on Upcom market as follows:
  • Previous reason: the stocks of the company were delisted and the company has not overcome situation leading to delisting of the stocks yet.
  • Additional reason:  auditor refused to give opinion on 2018 Audited Financial Statement.
HNX will announce permission for normal trading of the ALV shares after ALV Infrastructure Development Investment JSC remedies the situation leading to trading restriction.
