On 09 Sep 2019, Vietnam Construction Securities Joint Stock Company announced Board Resolution No. 18/ 2019/ VNCS/ QD – HDQT on approving the working regulation for the Investment Council and change in members of the Investment Council as follows:
Article 01: Approve the working regulation for the Investment Council
Working regulation of the Investment Council is attached with this board resolution
Article 02: Approve the change in members of the Investment Council as follows:

Dismiss Mr. Nguyen Thanh Le from Member of Investment Council under Vietnam Construction Securities Joint Stock Company – Title: General Manager from 09 Sep 2019
Appoint Mr. Hoang Xuan Hung to be Member of Investment Council under Vietnam Construction Securities Joint Stock Company – Title: Vice- Chair of Board of Directors cum General Manager from 09 Sep 2019
Structure of Investment Council after change included these following persons:

Mr. WANG WEI YA – Chair of Board of Directors: Chair of Investment Council
Mr. Hoang Xuan Hung – Vice- Chair of Board of Directors cum General Manager: Member
Mr. Do Bao Ngoc – Vice- General Manager: Member

Article 03:

Within the limit of rights and responsibilities, members of Board of Directors, Board of Supervisors, Board of Management and the related members are responsible for the enforcement of this board resolution
This board resolution was valid from the date of signature
