Bamboo Capital Joint Stock Company (BCG) announces the result of private placement of BCG Energy Joint Stock Company, a company member directly under BCG, as follows:

On September 04, 2019, BCG Energy successfully issued 115.75 billion dongs of unsecured convertible bonds and no warrants to the institutional investor Hanwha Energy Corporation Singapore Pte.Ltd. The proceeds from the private placement will be used to invest in new recycled energy projects of BCG Energy.

Hanwha Energy Corporation Singapore Pte.Ltd is a branch of Hanwha Energy Corporation (Korea). It is also a member company directly under Hanwha Group.

Besides, BCG Energy successfully implemented and explored two solar energy plants with the total capacity of 140MW in Thanh Hoa district, Long An province.
