As of Sept 5th, 2019, the company announced Board Resolution as below:
 
Article 1: Continue to distribute 3,534 odd shares and undistributed shares in the share issuance for dividend payment 2019 and share issuance for increasing equity from owner’s equity for shareholders as Trade Union of the Company at the price of 10,000 VND/share.
+ Odd shares: 927 shares
+ Remaining shares due to difference between number of shares registered for issuance and number of shares actually distributed: 2,607 shares
Time of payment for buying: 05/09/2019
Transfer restriction: No transfer restriction
Total amount collected is used to supplement working capital of the Company
 
Article 2: The Resolution takes effect from the singing date.
