On September 10, 2019, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Decision No.365/QD-SGDHCM to release the stock of Techno - Agricultural Supplying Joint Stock Company (stock code: TSC from the supervision status as from September 12, 2019.

Reason: The profit after tax of parent company’s shareholders was 9.45 billion dongs, and the undistributed profit after tax at 06/30/2019 was 66.78 billion dongs. This is the case of the release from the supervision status, regulated at Point 4.2, Article 23 of the Listing Regulations on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange.
