HSG: BOD resolution on share buyback

According to the Board resolution dated September 09, 2019, the Board of Directors of Hoa Sen Group approved to buy back shares as treasury shares from the employees resign as follows:

- Number of treasury shares before trading: 229,400 shares

- Number of shares register to buy: 16,500 shares

- Purchase price: VND10,000/share

- Trading period: within 30 days after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).

- Trading method: to transfer rights via the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD).
