Nafoods Group Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of General Meeting of Shareholders, which was held in the form of balloting shareholders in writing, dated September 09, 2019 as follows:

-       Approving the policy on increasing the ownership ratio of foreign investors at Nafoods Group Joint Stock Company from 49% to 100% charter capital.

-       Approving the amendment and removal of some business lines in the Company’s business license and the Company’s Charter.
