-       Stock name: Yen Bai Industry Mineral Joint Stock Company

-       Stock type: common share

-       Par value: VND10,000/share

-       Number of outstanding shares: 12,999,938 shares

-       Number of treasury shares: 0 share

-       Number of shares expected to be issued: 1,299,993 shares

-       Total value (based on par value): VND12,999,930,000

-       Time of implementation: expected in Q3.2019 after being approved the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).

-       Issue ratio:  10:1 (shareholder who owns 01 share will receive 01 right, and with every 10 rights will be entitled to purchase 01 new share).

-      Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down, the fractional shares will be cancelled.
