On August 08, 2019, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Announcement No.1057/TB-SGDHCM regarding the delisting of stock of Hoang Long Group (HLG):

- Number of shares delisted : 44,375,385 shares

- Value of shares delisted : VND443,753,850,000

- The stock HLG is delisted on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange under Decision No.305/QD-SGDHCM dated August 08, 2019.

- Reason: because of the serious violation of disclosure obligations and to protect the interests of investors as defined as defined at Point 1.11 - Article 26 of the Listing Regulation on Hochiminh Stock Exchange promulgated with Decision No.85/QD-SGDHCM dated March 19, 2018 by Hochiminh Stock Exchange.

- Effective delisting date: September 09, 2019

Last trading date: September 06, 2019
