Damac GLS Joint Stock Company announces the following issues:

- Damac GLS Joint Stock Company completed the transfer of 3,656,175 shares in Tam Nguyen Investment Com Ltd with the transfer value of VND36,561,750,000 (the transfer price of VND10,000). After the transfer completes, the holding ratio of Damac GLS Joint Stock Company in Tam Nguyen Investment Com Ltd will be 0% charter capital.

- Damac GLS Joint Stock Company completed the transfer of 1,000,000 shares in Sa Pa Mineral Investment Joint Stock Company with the transfer value of VND10,000,000,000 (the transfer price of VND10,000). After the transfer completes, the holding ratio of Damac GLS Joint Stock Company in Sa Pa Mineral Investment Joint Stock Company will be 80% charter capital.
