5. Number of outstanding shares: 783,467,284 shares
6. Number of treasury share: 0 share
7. Number of shares expected to be issued: 141,024,111 shares
8. Total value of shares expected to be issued (according to par value): VND 1,410,241,110,000
9. Rate of issue (number of shares expected to be issued/ number of outstanding shares): 18%
10. Capital source: may be used in whole or in part for the purpose of issuing bonus shares to increase charter capital
11. Record date for the share issue: 15/08/2019
12. Method of handling odd-lot shares: number of shares issued to increase the Company’s equity from owner’s equity that each shareholder receives will be rounded down to unit digit. The decimal (if any) will be cancelled.
